Distillers Malt is specifically designed to provide the distiller of whiskys or spirits requiring a majority of raw grains with enough enzyme to convert the large amount of starch in those grain bills into fermentable sugars. Distillers malt high enzyme content makes mashing times shorter than traditional pale or pilsner malts. Distillers malt will give a flavour profile in your final spirit similar to a typical pilsner malt.
