2200 Watt Stainless Steel Weldless Heating Element

Easy to install high power heating element.

These 304 Stainless 2200w Weld-Less Elements are designed to fit a 32mm hole in the wall of your brewing vessels or boilers. Please note that the power cord is not included and can be purchased separately.

Installation Guide:

1. Insert the element into the vessel with the washer attached.
2. Feed the electrical cord through the 32mm hole.
3. Slide the large hex nut over the cord and tighten from the outside.

Additional Information:

• These weldless elements require an IEC Power Cord for operation. The use of an IEC cord allows the unit to be installed in a smaller hole compared to hardwired options.
  
• If using this element directly in your mash tun, consider adding a power controller to regulate the power output. Excessive power can cause scorching or off-flavors due to uneven temperature distribution around the element.

Ideal for use in your HLT or for setting up a HERMS or RIMS system. Distillers can also use this element with a 50L keg by threading the power cord through the keg without needing to reach inside.

This element is powerful enough for 20-60L boilers and vessels. For larger volumes or higher temperature requirements, multiple elements may be necessary.

The element will protrude 300mm into your vessel, so please ensure there is sufficient space before drilling.
