Yeast strains appear in order of our personal preference. We highly reccomend adding a gel ice pack to shipped orders containing liquid yeast.

Single hop XPA to allow the citrus flavours of Centennial to shine. Great for lovers of more 'traditional' IPA's.
Extra Pale Ale (XPA) sits in that sweet spot between a pale ale and an IPA. Typically brewed lighter in body and colour, the style is all about showcasing hops in a crisp, easy-drinking package without the heavy malt backbone or higher alcohol of bigger styles. Expect a bright, refreshing beer with a clean malt base that lets hop character shine through, often with lower bitterness and a focus on aroma and flavour.
In this single hop XPA, Centennial takes centre stage. Known as a βsuper Cascade,β Centennial delivers a punch of classic American hop character of bold citrus zest, floral notes, and a touch of pine. In this lighter style, those flavours really shine with bright grapefruit that leads the way, supported by delicate floral undertones and a subtle resinous edge.Β

A much loved style of beer by Aussies - featuring a large dose of Centennial hops to bring some bright lemon, citrus and pine with mild floral notes. Great for discovering the intricate flavours of a particular hop. Yeast flavours are very minimal as to keep the beers flavour profile balanced between malt and hops.
