Light and sessionable with a light colour and body. Malt flavours of biscuit and a light corn sweetness. Nice and dry with a white fluffy head. A true summer beer (or beer for any occasion really). Minimal yeast and hop flavours gives a clean dry yet malty beer that is dangerously easy to get down. Extremely light in colour finished with a balanced flavour. Named after the Mexican holiday entered around friends and family - the perfect people to share your batch with!
