LalBrew® House Ale is a next-generation performance yeast strain that is extremely fast and incredibly clean, making it the perfect versatile house strain to meet your brewing needs. Compared to Nottingham and other clean English and American ale strains House ale has a higher attenuation (78-86%), making it perfect for getting a crisp beer or preventing a cloying sweetness in bigger beers such as barley wines, Imperial Stouts and Double IPA.
In Lallemands testing House Ale was shown to ferment through wort of approximately 1.048 SG in only 3-4 days.
Lalbrew house ale ferments with the same unrivalled speed of Nottingham and produces beers with the clean, crisp and neutral characteristics of BRY-97.
