Weyermann Caraamber Malt


A drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row, German barley that can be used to improve flavour stability, fullness and enhance colour. Adds mild toffee notes and a rich caramel colour. Increases mouthfeel in final product. Use up to 10%.
