Weyermann Carahell Malt


A drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row, German barley that delivers a fuller body, improved aroma, and increased beer foam while also contributing to a more fuller, rounder body and flavour. Very light crystal style malt; adds mild toffee flavours and a light sweetness. Increases colour giving a honey like finish. Use up to 10%.
