Adds very little color to wort but contributes a robust, wheaty flavour with plenty of protein. Adds a soft mouthfeel and overall roundness to the beer. Highly modified enzymatic profile means shorter mash times can be utilised with high percentage base malt grain bills. Great for using in NEIPA, Wheat beers, Gose, hefeweizen and more.
