Kilning at a slightly higher temperature than Pilsner Malt results in a slightly darker colour and fuller flavoured base malt, typically found in traditional English Ales.

Malted in Australia from 100% Australian two-row barley.

Malted in australia (WA?). Makes beer. Doesn’t have to travel half way around the world. What’s not to like.
