Oat of Control Oatmeal Stout 20L Fresh Wort Kit - Limited Release
Fresh Wort Kit
A thick, velvety stout bursting with chocolate, coffee and burnt cocoa flavours.
This stout features an extra velvety finish and ultra decadent mouthfeel. This is the chewy kind of beer perfect for the cool winter nights. We would recommend pairing this fresh wort kit a relatively low attenuation yeast to retain some sweetness and round out the bitterness.
This is our limited release oatmeal stout fresh wort kit. Brewed with oats for a creamy mouthfeel and roasted malts for depth of flavour, it’s part of our limited release series and may not be available again.
It pours a deep mahogany with ruby highlights and a dense tan head. The aroma is rich with notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and toasted grain. On the palate, expect a malt-forward profile layered with cocoa, biscuit, and smooth roast character, finishing soft and rounded with a lingering sweetness that is balanced out by the bitter finish.
Yeast and dry hops sold separately*
