Red Horizon Red IPA 20L Fresh Wort Kit - Limited Release
Fresh Wort Kit
A rich, deep red beer that pairs rich toffee and biscuit malt character with a fresh citrus pine hop flavour and aroma.
This Red IPA showcases a vibrant, full-bodied malt profile and a smooth but punchy bitter finish. Built on a blend of ale malt, Munich dark, dark and light crystal, caraamber, and just a touch of roasted barley, it delivers that chewy, layered character. With 44 IBUs of balanced bitterness, we recommend pairing this fresh wort kit with a clean, moderate-attenuating yeast to keep a little sweetness in play and let the malt complexity shine.
This is our limited-release Red IPA fresh wort kit. Crafted with a rich assortment of specialty malts and hopped throughout the boil with Citra, Centennial and Cashmere for flavour, and Magnum for backbone bitterness, it’s part of our small-batch series and may not return once it’s gone.
It pours a deep red at 32.5 EBC, with a persistent off-white head. The aroma bursts with citrus, tropical fruit, and soft melon from the hop blend, supported by caramel, toffee, and subtle toasted notes. Expect a malt-forward base of toffee, biscuit, and gentle roast, wrapped around bright hop flavours and finishing with a crisp, assertive bitterness that keeps everything balanced.

6. Ferment your beer until the gravity is stable.
7. Bottle or keg your beer.
