Used this one in a standard weissbeer, didn't do a ferulic acid or protein rest and instead just mashed at 67°C. Beer came out with a FG of 1.012 and 78% apparent attenuation. Predominant flavour is big banana character. Made a 1L starter and there was a heap of diacetyl so i added a tiny bit of ADLC enzyme when pitching the yeast. Even with the ALDC there was still some stubborn diacetyl that took a while to clear up. I think so far this is my favourite yeast for a wheat beer, will definitely try again with a ferulic acid rest, i feel like it would be even better with a bit of clove instead of dominant banana, but each to their own.

Brew HQ as always came up with the goods.
My old Sodastream was leaking, and I couldn't find a replacement, all new Sodastreams use a different valve coupling.
I bought a new SodaStream Terra and Brew HQ supplied me with a new hose with correct coupling to join it to my 2.6KG CO2 Gas Canister.
It works flawlessly.
So good easy to use.
This has matured really well with a long (2+ months) bottle-conditioning. Result it an easy-drinking summer ale which has hints of an orange flavour. Dry-hopped with 40g Nectaron hops, will definitely brew another batch next time this is available.
Used in the standard crystal clear Kolsch recipe, definitely on par with LalBrew Kolsch before it was discontinued. Attenuation was 76% and mashed at 67c. The head from this yeast is super creamy and holds to the bottom of the glass
Made a Bohemian Pilsner with this. Mashed low for fermentability. Yeast attenuated 82%, well above what the specs suggest. Very clean, no diacetyl or sulpuhr at 12-14C ferm temp over 12 days. Made a very delicious pilsner.
This is the key ingredient for making all my delicious liqueurs. Without it, it would only be water. That would make my husband and friends very unhappy.
Each month I give our friend a present. A bottle, 250 mls, of Butterscotch Schnapps. It keeps him happy and sends him off to a good night's sleep. When he finishes the bottle, he just sniffs it until another full bottle arrives.
I make everyone happy with giving them a shot of Kafe liqueur in the bottom of their Latte.
End result is a great ginger beer. Note it is gluten free
I added some cinnamon and chili which I think made it better
My tip is to leave it in the bottle/keg for 6-8 weeks. It really improves with time
Takes some patience but it is worth it
